User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GermanSoft and WoodMeter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of TimberMeter. We provide the services "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to TimberMeter immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Account Deletion

You may delete your TimberMeter account at any time using the public account deletion page. A verification code will be sent to the email address on the account before deletion is completed.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GermanSoft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
